Its expected that the next gen iPhone will hit retail stores in September, and in the wake of that, Apple has slowed down the production target of the iPhone 4 this year to make room for the iPhone 4S.
This news comes in from Digitimes, and according to them, Apple has lowered the production target of the iPhone 4 from 20 million units to just 17.5 to 18 million units for Q2 of this year. This is being done to make way for the iPhone 4S which is said to go into production in August. Apart from this, Digitimes reports that the iPhone 4S will have an 8MP camera, A5 dual core processor, and other things which you like to add up [goes here]. [via 9to5Mac]
